Myron Duckens is planning to launch a new company called “ChainRailZ” that aims to deliver high-performance computing to a variety of clients around the world. He is a seasoned technologist who has worked with a community of clients during his more than 23 years of global sales and executive management experience.
This successful technologist began his career more than two decades ago as a Global Account Manager and eventually held various positions in his decades-long career. Now he is at a point in his life where he wants to leverage and capitalize on the vast amount of knowledge and skills he has acquired throughout his career and is currently developing the best way to provide super compute solutions to clients as he ventures to a new, exciting endeavor.
Through the strategic alignment of the leadership team, Myron believes his soon to be launched company is going to be well-positioned with clients in a wide array of sectors like Pharmaceutical R&D, Meteorology, Astrophysics, Architectural design, Finance, and Metaverse games to name a few.

There’s no denying that the journey to success is not easy by any means. In life, we have to put in the work and never give up no matter what challenges and obstacles come along the way.
He actually started his career in technology with a “by chance” meeting while working his way through college. While working 10 hours a week as a doorman at a hotel, he had a three-minute conversation with a corporate recruiter from an established company. This short conversation provided him the opportunity to get hired on the spot for an internship, and eventually paved the way for him to land a paid internship and full-time position.
After years of dedicated work, he left that company with a wealth of experience and then moved his way to sales and management positions in the systems integrator market. During this time, he helped companies expand into new markets and this provided him valuable experience in the areas of cybersecurity, data centers, enterprise networking and managed services. Aside from that, he gained tremendous knowledge managing a portfolio of clients with over $6B in annual revenue across verticals such as financial services, manufacturing, and healthcare.

One of his biggest role models and influences in life is his dad Elmer. His dad believed that hard work was essential to achieve what he wanted in life. This is the reason why Myron wants to pursue and do something that matters every day, for he believes doing so will make each day a good day.
He also believes in the importance of learning new things. As someone who has been working in a technical field, he knows that it is always changing. To stay on top of emerging technologies, one must have a strong desire to learn new things and have the passion to never stop learning.
