Entrepreneurship isn’t about a gender or particular industry, It’s about creating a unique entity Says Akriti Verma, Founder AKV Wall Putty

When most people consider entrepreneurship, the first image that comes to mind is of a clever and beautiful man. No one has paid much attention to women’s gender in the past because they feel women are incapable of operating a business. This, however, is not the situation at the moment! Women compete with men in every facet of life today, and they indisputably outperform males.

As the Indian start-up ecosystem continues to evolve, a growing number of women are chasing the entrepreneurial dream and thriving in their firms. As a consequence, some Indian women who are still bound to the traditional housewife role are being liberated to think for themselves.

We met a young woman from Bihar, the country of stupas and monasteries, today who has built a name for herself in the business world. She is a Delhi University graduate with an MBA from Singapore University.

Akriti Verma, the founder and director of Renaissance Industries Pvt Ltd.

Given the shortage of female entrepreneurs in manufacturing, Akriti wanted to create a platform that encouraged more women to participate in a sector that contributed to India’s prosperity. She has set a precedent as a female entrepreneur in a traditionally underserved sector, notably in Bihar, which has a limited startup culture despite its vast potential.

We’ve learned through time that being an entrepreneur is a mental state. It cannot be forced to do so by external forces. It’s a determined, spur-of-the-moment choice based on the circumstances and past history. Organising a performance-based competition that is gender-neutral.

She shared her knowledge with us. “Competing against well-known companies like Birlas and Asian Paints was axonal, but it just added to the magnitude of the win.”” I hope that my narrative encourages other women to start their own manufacturing units; it’s only the beginning, and we all have the power to make a difference.”

She takes tremendous delight in the fact that God has given each of us distinct talents to endure and conquer adversity as a woman. While a guy may feel weak in the knees in the face of hardship, every woman on the earth will stand strong and battle with all her heart. Housewives should be awarded, according to Akriti, since “staying at home and managing everything is the hardest job in the world, and all those ladies out there do it with a giant brave grin that covers their sentiments from us.”

For her diligent efforts in developing a cement business, she was recently recognised as a young achiever. When we inquired where she got her commitment and determination, she responded it all came from her mother. ” Despite the fact that many people believe she was only a housewife, I saw her with the utmost dedication and passion to her family.

On a personal level, she is an avid backpacker with a strong desire to do so; she has visited around 26 countries to date. She is also interested in exercise, as a good body keeps the mind engaged at all times.
