Success is the sum of small efforts – repeated day in and day out. It is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence. There are people who make things happen, there are people who watch things happen, and there are people who wonder what happened. To be successful, you need to be a person who makes things happen. There is a saying “it’s not your fault if you’re born poor, but it is your fault if you die poor” and Adil Akhtar took it seriously.

Adil is a 27 years old Indian entrepreneur who expanded his business in India and England and made a successful outcome from scratch. Adil doesn’t come from a rich financial background, but with lots of struggles and hard work, he made sure to make his family not suffer anymore. In the journey of being successful, Adil Akhtar faced a lot of challenges financially and emotionally.

Adil often remembers his school days and the fun he used to have in school. He likes to travel and drive around in his spare time. He has a taste in old Bollywood music and loves to listen to it in leisure.

Adil Akhtar tells how his biggest inspiration has always been Bill Gates and how he has converted all his weaknesses into his biggest strengths. Adil postulates, “No one can become rich by working 9 to 5. Instead of working for someone else and making them successful work for yourself and make yourself successful.”
According to him, the five most important words to live by are – Ambitious / Leader / Principled /Innovative / Visionary.

Describing his future plans, Adil tells that he wants to open more branches in England and take his business to Dubai and make it more successful and gradually spread it all over the world.

Giving regards to his fans, Adil Akhtar says, “Make a small goal in your life to achieve big ones. Without setting up a goal and benchmark you cannot achieve anything in your life. Work towards your dreams which you see with open eyes.

Success is a process. It isn’t measured by money or power or social rank. Success is measured by your discipline and inner peace. It is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.
Do what you love and love what you do.
