Dr Jessica Mack is a renowned Occupational Therapist, certified personal trainer, lifestyle expert, chef, content creator, and food blogger.

In her early life, Jessica received a degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. She pursued and completed a Master of Science degree in Counseling, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Educational Leadership and Policy, at Long Island University (LIU) in Brookville, NY. Later, Jessica received her clinical doctoral degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Recently she completed a culinary program through the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.

Before retiring from practising as a therapist, she began creating recipes, learning food photography, learning about food preparation and opened her own blog “More than meatless Monday”. Jessica Mack went on to work as an occupational therapist for two decades.

The story behind Jessica’s blog was quite interesting. According to Jessica, she stopped eating meat at the age of five. Since then, she could always be found looking for healthy and filling foods. Throughout her college, she collected recipes from magazines and books. And started her blog as a hobby when she was virtually bedridden. People loved sharing her recipes and were looking for ways to incorporate meatless meals into their weekly plans. Thus, her food blog became quite a hit.

Jessica has loved cooking and baking and frequently incorporated culinary arts into therapy sessions. She studied food as a consumer, as a clinician, as a culinary student, and as a food blogger/content creator which is the reason why she stands out in this industry. She first gained recognition through her social media handle, Facebook and Instagram. Over time she has gained substantial followers on her social media handle.

In her career, she has appeared on radio shows, including Long Island’s oldest radio show, WGBB, and Sirius/XM’s The Doctors show. She has also made television appearances on the Emmy award-winning daytime show The Dr Oz Show and on The Katie Couric Show.  Jessica was a frequent guest on the Lifestyle Today Show. Thus, Jessica has established her business as one of the top food blogging pages through her passion for making recipes.
