Michael Drager is a well-known modelling recruiter and talent manager. He has been brought up in Chicago itself and hence is familiar with the entertainment industry which exists in Chicago. Talent management requires a lot of skills and running an entertainment company in Chicago’s entertainment scene requires a lot of patience and experience too. Before realising that Draco wants to be a talent manager, he was already into the entertainment world and had knowledge about this industry. He always wanted to create his own legacy in the modelling industry. His first exposure to the world of the adult entertainment industry was through his grandfather’s business. He has watched his grandfather achieving success, and he saw that he has the attributes which take to make it big in the industry.
The initial vision of forming the company was to create a platform where talents possess the potential to achieve fame. His reputation on social media platforms has played a significant role in the progress of his company. As he was exposed to the entertainment industry much before he decided to become a talent manager himself, he got the chance to observe the inner workings and how his grandfather achieved success. He knew that he could make it big in this industry.
Initially, when Draco started his company, he received cold shoulders and people were not confident enough to vouch for him. Instead of feeling low due to criticism, he managed to turn the tables around through sheer hard work and it has paid off. His social circle though was pretty sure that he would crack the code and emerge victoriously. He has used his platform for the benefit of his company and also visions to go mainstream soon enough.
However, Michael does not seem to slow down even after achieving this level of success. His next plan is to take his company Draco Enterprises to the mainstream media. This will be a huge boost to his career as it presents the chance of Draco Enterprise models in Tv shows and movies. Even though it is still just an aim, Michael is sure that he will achieve it soon because of the growth rate of his agency. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours!
