After the 9/11 terrorist attack, Arab Americans were left out of the picture for racial justice. The world population consists as of now of 25% of Muslim people but they are not represented in mainstream western media, award shows and literature work either! The latest report from a study done by the Arab American Institute (AAI) says about 4 million Arab Americans residing in the United States of America are going through this injustice for years and have to face racial discrimination on a regular basis. Year after year the Arab American Institute has worked on state-level changes to make April the National Arab American Heritage Month (NAAHM) but it was never successful. Pierre Subeh is the person who is known for advocating Middle-Eastern representation and finally making this possible.
Pierre Subeh is a 22 years old Syrian immigrant who is a renowned author, business expert and award-winning executive producer of X Network. He is also the founder of a marketing and research firm. As a person of Arab descent, Pierre Subeh is always ready to fight for NAAHM and make it recognized on a federal level. He is determined to fight for equality and representation for his heritage in western society.
Pierre SUbeh has kept on pushing the US Department of State and the White House under the Biden-Harris administration to recognize April as the National Arab American Heritage Month. History was made when Pierre’s publicity campaign influenced the recognition by the sitting president in the month of April 2021. Pierre arranged a self-funded social awareness campaign with more than 250 billboards across the country. This is where being a part of the marketing industry came to use. Because of his existing connections and knowledge, Pierre Subeh was able to get NAAMH to recognize and was even personally congratulated by the president of the United States of America, Joe Biden.
In his career, he has achieved several milestones. he was featured for business expertise on Forbes, the Washington Post, yahoo news, CNBC and the New York Post. He was also awarded as a young entrepreneur when he owned a 6-figure business at just the age of 17. Clearly, Pierre is a person with strong leadership qualities who has the talent to create successful ventures.
