Sufyan Cultrera, a 32-year-old, half Italian half Moroccan man who is currently the Vice President of UFD Sports Management in Germany, one of the most successful fight sport management agencies in Europe. He is known for being a highly talented manager in the field of combat sports and especially Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Sufyan?s journey wasn?t always easy, he struggled from a very young age. Cultrera had an exceedingly difficult life compared to most others of his age and spent many years living life as a naive child on the dangerous streets of Casablanca. He then shifted from Morocco to Austria at the age of 6. When he was only 11 years old, he moved to Germany since his family couldn?t find a job in Austria. This sudden change of culture, climate and countries ? Africa to Europe, forced him to adjust to the European lifestyle. In this way Sufyan learned how to deal with change and adapt to new cultures from a very young age.
Sufyan took his studies seriously and believed that knowledge can help him escape to a better life. He learned different languages passionately and ended up becoming fluent in German, Arabic, Italian, French and English. He studied in one of the best universities in Germany and graduated with Master in International Business & Management. For a study abroad program in Los Angeles he even earned himself a scholarship due to his language and mathematic skills.
Since he was a professional fighter himself with 32 international kickboxing fights, winning 30 matches and losing only 2, he started to become more and more interested in the sports management. As a fighter he always knew about the importance of a skillful manager for a great career. Cultrera became the manager of many professional MMA fighters and he travels constantly all around the world from USA, Dubai, Europe and Asia for work. Some of his celebrity customers he worked with are Social Media star Amanda Cerny, Real Madrid star Karim Benzema, FC Barcelona player Antoine Griezmann, and the Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldinho to count a few. Organizing a few business trips to Europe for Ronaldinho, soon the business partnership turned to friendship. Cultrera was even invited to Ronaldinho?s charity farewell match in Frankfurt, Germany. Sufyan Cultrera also started posting more regularly on his Instagram during his journeys and became a popular social media personality with more than 380k followers on his Instagram (@sufyancult), mainly from Europe and America. He generally shares his experiences about his travels and his lifestyle as a successful entrepreneur. Furthermore, he successfully landed big brand deals with Mercedes, Nivea, Zara, Reebok, Airbnb and cooperated with many luxury hotels such as St Regis, Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons Hotel, Hyatt, Marriott, Rixos.
