Juggling his life as a well-settled doctor and a social media based fitness influencer, Dr. Arjun Reddy has come forward to share his journey of rebuilding his life and winning against all odds, after several years of struggle and triumph.
Born and brought up in a family of farmers in Andhra Pradesh and having a brilliant academic record throughout his life as a student, Arjun always dreamt of becoming a doctor. When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. Arjun Reddy has breathed life into this popular proverb as it was not at all easy for him to pursue his dream.
Every cloud has a silver lining and so Arjun eventually got admitted to one of the finest medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh, all thanks to his indomitable spirit. But then the sudden death of his beloved father shattered him both mentally and emotionally.
But all this didn’t dampen his soul, and he rather passed with flying colours and ultimately got his MBBS degree. He served as a CMO for three years in Kerala while simultaneously gearing for his post-graduation, after completing his MBBS. Afterwards, he pursued his PG in DNB Family Medicine at Lourdes Hospital, Kochi.
Arjun Reddy is currently an established doctor and a well-known social media influencer. He runs his own Instagram page eathealthywitharjun with the tagline ‘Beyond Nutrition’ with over 35.4K organic followers.
Arjun is someone who always shares genuine workouts and motivational advice all equipped with science and self-tried methodologies, in the world of fake people who call themselves as fitness influencer, yet often misguide people to make money.
Having done a great research in the respective fields of fitness, nutrition and exercise, Arjun is proving himself as a perfect example to live by.
Arjun was working as a doctor in a secondary care hospital situated in Thrissur, Kerala when he thought of undergoing an overall physical metamorphosis. This was because he observed that he is gaining more weight and therefore he dove himself into deep research on balanced diet and training methods completely laid down on the foundation of science.
Arjun experimented those tips and tricks personally on himself and discovered that he lost twenty-two kilograms in a year. People around him gradually began to seek his advice on being spellbound by his magical transformation.
