Maria Georgas, a name familiar to fans of The Bachelor, may not have won Joey Graziadei’s heart, but she’s captured the attention of audiences with her candid personality and genuine demeanor. As the dust settles on her journey to find love, speculation swirls around whether she would consider stepping into the spotlight once more as the next Bachelorette.

In an exclusive interview with E! News’ Francesca Amiker, Maria expressed her awe and gratitude at the prospect of becoming the next leading lady of the franchise. “I’m in awe of it. I always wanted to be on the show, but not once did I ever think I could get the opportunity to be the Bachelorette,” she shared. The overwhelming support from fans has left her feeling appreciative and happy.

For Maria, signing on as the Bachelorette would offer a chance at a much-desired do-over. Reflecting on her time on The Bachelor, she admitted that she would approach things differently given another opportunity. “Maybe the second time I’d do it better. And I would get my head in the game. Well, actually, I’d get out of my head. That’s probably what I would do better for the next time,” she mused.

Throughout her journey on The Bachelor, Maria’s authenticity shone through, even during moments of vulnerability and doubt. Recalling some of her decisions on the show, she acknowledged, “There’s sometimes I watch back and I’m like, ‘Oh, Maria, don’t grab him to talk to him at the Rose Ceremony. What are you thinking?'” Yet, she stood by her actions, emphasizing that in the midst of the whirlwind experience, she did what felt right.

Despite the challenges she faced, Maria remains introspective, acknowledging areas where she could have handled situations differently. “I wish I just took a second to myself to take a couple of deep breaths and [tell myself], ‘Don’t do anything that’s going to jeopardize this.’ Hindsight is 20/20,” she reflected.

Throughout her time on The Bachelor, Maria navigated not only her romantic journey but also interpersonal conflicts within the house. Despite facing challenges, she maintained her integrity and sought to build friendships. Reflecting on the drama, she expressed regret that some relationships couldn’t be salvaged but acknowledged the limitations of the situation.

Outside of her reality TV journey, Maria’s interests and passions shine through. From her early foray into acting with a role in “The Pacifier” to her black belt in Taekwondo, she’s had diverse experiences. However, she’s hesitant about pursuing acting further, preferring to remain true to herself.

While Maria’s journey on The Bachelor may have come to an end, the possibility of her stepping into the role of the Bachelorette opens up new opportunities for love and self-discovery. As fans await news of the next season’s leading lady, Maria Georgas stands as a testament to resilience, authenticity, and the enduring search for love in the world of reality television.
