Story
Running Like A Shooting Star chronicles the inspirational journey of Qi Tian, a world-class sprinter distinguished by his “golden ankles.” The pride of his high school was once Qi Tian, with his unmatched talent and speed. But he made the decision to give up sprinting completely because of personal disappointments and the demands of competition.
A few years later, Qi Tian enrolls at Xinghe University in the hopes of moving on from his past and beginning anew. Surprisingly, he runs into Xue Yiran, a mentor and former senior who sees his potential and persuades him to get back on the track. Qi Tian begins training again under the direction of Xue Yiran, but this time he has a group of friends who are as passionate about running as he is.
Qi Tian and his friends face many obstacles on and off the track as they train and compete together. They discover the joy and excitement of sprinting again, learn to face their fears, and support one another.
