Story
“Family” is a poignant Korean drama that deftly depicts the struggles, successes, and daily lives of a contemporary Korean family. The drama, which is set against the vibrant backdrop of Seoul, explores themes of love, betrayal, forgiveness, and resilience while delving deeply into the dynamics of familial relationships.
The Lee family, an average family dealing with extraordinary circumstances, is the focus of the drama. The patriarch, Qu Guo Qiang’s portrayal of Lee Sung-ho, is a retired military man with a strict but tender personality. Kim Min-jung, his wife (Xu Di), is a loving housewife whose steadfast strength keeps the family together.
