The famous actor and singer Johnny Depp is finally enjoying his after winning a multi-million defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard. It looks almost 6weeks for a jury to provide a conclusion and choose the right side of the case.
The actress had put some serious accusations of domestic violence and physical abuse against Johnny, which were ultimately proved false.
In the end, the jury predicted Amber Heard was liable for defaming The Pirated Of Caribbean actor in the 2018 op-ed where she directed herself as a survivor of domestic violence that she faced. The jury stood with Johnny which made him win victoriously.
Recently, Mickey Rourke who starred in the role of Ivan Vanko/Whiplash in Iron Man shared his views on the ongoing drama of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s defamation case.
The actor said that he has known Johnny Depp for many years.
Speaking about his own experience he added that-” I was in a situation one time which eventually cost me a movie job for several years and had an effect on my reputation, I got blamed for something that I didn’t do.” In an interview with the British TV show, Piers Morgan also said I felt like I died for somebody trying to get chopped down by some gold digger. Indirectly stating Amber Heard as a “GOLD DIGGER.”
Way back in 2015, After dating for several years, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard decided to marry each other in a secret ceremony at their Los Angeles home.
However, on the trial, Johnny Depp sued the actress for $50 million USD claiming that Amber Heard defamed him by claiming herself a victim of domestic abuse in Washington, Later on, Amber herself countersued him for $100 million.
