The highly anticipated sequel Enola Holmes 2 will soon be available on Netflix, and we’ve already been treated to the first trailer. At last year’s TUDUM, the Netflix fan gathering in September 2021, we first learned about significant improvements to the sequel starring Millie Bobby Brown. We finally learned the date of Enola Holmes 2’s release before the yearly event this year. The trailer for Enola Holmes 2 featuring Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill, was released by Netflix on Saturday during its international fan event Tudum.

Enola Holmes 2 will make its Netflix debut on November 4 this year. Netflix and Legendary collaborate to develop the movie. Through their production company PCMA Productions, Brown and her sister Paige Brown produces the film. The first movie followed Enola as she searched for her mother Eudoria Holmes, who was portrayed by Helena Bonham Carter, and presented many challenges for the budding detective to overcome. According to Netflix, the mystery in the follow-up is one of “historic proportions” and requires two Holmes to handle, suggesting that Cavill’s Sherlock will have a bigger part.

Following the events of Enola Holmes from the year 2020, we observe Enola trying to make a name for herself by starting a detective agency. She certainly wants to shine on her own and not just as Sherlock Holmes’ sister. Enola is shortly presented with a case concerning a missing person while Sherlock is concerned with a difficult case on his own. The Holmes siblings must cooperate to solve the mystery because, as the teaser indicates, there is a connection between the two cases.

Enola Holmes 2 has officially confirmed that Millie Bobby Brown, Henry Cavill, Louis Partridge, and Helena Bonham Carter are returning for their roles. David Thewlis, Sharon Duncan-Brewster, Abbie Hern, Hannah Dodd, and Serrana Su-Ling Rapture are among the newly added cast members. Netflix will release Enola Holmes 2 on November 4. In September 2020, Enola Holmes’ producer, actor, and director Harry Bradber announced that they would begin work on a sequel. This upcoming sequel’s filming wrapped up in January 2022, and it is currently in perfect condition for Netflix distribution.
