Fans of anime on Netflix are in for another thrilling month in October. New episodes of Tiger & Bunny, a new season of Pokémon, a romantic comedy making fun of dating sims, and a brand-new horror anime called Exception with artwork by renowned Japanese artist Yoshitaka Amano all debut this month.
