Love Is Blind: After the Altar is returning to update supporters on the activities of their favourite couples. In February 2022, the Netflix dating series, which had contestants get to know one another in pods and become engaged before ever meeting in person, made a comeback. The three-part Love Is Blind: After the Altar special, which debuted on Friday, featured Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams confirming their relationship after months of rumours.

The couple first met other couples on the show which requires competitors to go on dates and get to know one another before they can see one another. Vempati accepted Abhishek Chatterjee’s marriage proposal, while Abrams proposed to Shaina Hurley, however both couples ultimately opted against getting hitched and divorced.Viewers conjectured that Abrams and Vempati were dating because of their evident attraction, and they eventually decided to give their relationship a shot.

Abrams thanked everyone in his statement for “following our journey through difficult vulnerability and having supported us along the way.”He disclosed his present marital status as well. “I understand many of you are curious as to where Deepti and I stand today,” Abrams wrote in an Instagram post. He continued, “Since ‘After the Alter’ was filmed, we had decided to go our separate ways in early summer.”

He further continued, “I have since embarked on a new relationship which I intend to keep private for a bit.” “As for what the future holds, I have not a clue. Going forward I plan to live each day in the present without any regret.” Kyle acknowledged that he and Deepti attempted to date after they publicly declared their relationship in the Love Is Blind: After the Altar special from season 2 in a People interview from September 2022.
