Fresh from their first US concert tour, South Korean boy band Golden Child are enjoying a new phase of their career. The K-pop artist, nicknamed GolCha, aims even higher with his latest album, Aura. The title track Replay, about reviving precious memories and hoping for a second chance, seems to acknowledge that in order to move forward, we must look to the lessons of the past. Formed in 2017, the group has 10 members: Daeyeol, Y, Jangjun, Tag, Seungmin, Jaehyun, Jibum, Donghyun, Joochan, and Bomin. Jaehyun praised the North American  tour as follows. Y says the  surge in positive messages is the biggest highlight of the development of his musical style. “Our songs have become more hopeful,” he adds.  Jangjun and Tag co-wrote and produced the new album. How was your experience? “Surprisingly, there were  no challenges during the process,” says Tag, who said it was a lot of fun. When asked what genre or concept he would like to try, Jibeom said, “I have never tried an oriental concept before, so I would like to try it someday.” 

 Her recent comeback after one of the group’s members was forced to serve in the military and another fell ill has been well received by audiences around the world. Their new song is inspired by the idea of ​​recreating a memorable era, so we asked which memory they would like to recreate. Donghyun said, “I want to feel the excitement that I could only feel at that time, so I’m repeating my elementary school days.”
