Selena and Justin’s supporters have been ripping at Hailey since she started dating Justin and they got married quickly. Hailey recently admitted that the “reality” behind her relationship with Justin had nothing to do with Gomez during an interview on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
The interviewer pressed down on the challenging questions and posed, “Were you ever with Justin romantically at the same time as [Gomez]?” Hailey responded, “This is so crazy. I’ve literally never talked about this ever,” the Rhode cosmetics founder continued, “A lot of the perpetuation and the hate comes from ‘Oh, you stole him.'” She then mentioned, “It’s about people knowing the truth. Because there’s a truth.”
Hailey hasn’t talked much about how their connections might overlap, but she has discussed how much the internet vitriol has affected her life. Hailey said back in April, “enough time has passed,” before disclosing the horrifying treatment she receives online. The breakup of Selena and Justin, which took place in 2018 after several years of intermittent dating, was the subject of the model’s comment.
Justin proposed to Hailey just a few months after breaking up with Selena, which caused the internet to speculate about a probable cheating scandal.
