Is there a chance that we’ll soon hear something about the Virgin River season 5 debut date? At the very least, there is a valid reason to consider some of that right now.
After all, Netflix’s worldwide fan event, Tulum, which is presently scheduled to take place on September 24, is primed to host some MAJOR news sooner rather than later. We anticipate (at least from our perspective) receiving dates for at least a handful of the programs on the streamer’s schedule at this event, as well as potential teasers, trailers, and other useful information.
We do at least believe that Virgin River has some promise, even though season 4 of the show has recently finished airing. Remember that this is one of Netflix’s more unsung successes, so we anticipate that they will want to spread the word about it as much as they can. The authors have had a LONG time to prepare because season 4 and season 5 were both renewed at the same time.
Now, of course, is the time to convey some less-than-favorable news and the fact that we most likely won’t be receiving a debut date anytime soon. Even though it would be a lot of fun, we’re attempting to manage our expectations since it won’t return until either next spring or summer. Even while we’d very much enjoy hearing a bit more on that front, Netflix does not need to reveal any further information so soon. Although, as we stated, it’s MORE THAN POSSIBLE that they will release something prior as to what to expect story-wise, we tend to think that we’ll start to learn more about when season 5 may air in late winter/early spring.
