We finally have a release date for the NBC paranormal series, which Netflix spared from cancellation back in 2021. Season 4 of Manifest on Netflix will now be released in two batches, each with ten episodes, the first of which will air on November 4. The occupants of a plane that vanished mid-flight and resurfaced five years later as if it had never been gone will continue to be followed in the ongoing series.
Season 4 will skip forward two years and introduce us to a completely different Ben Stone (Josh Dallas), but we’ll have to wait a few months to learn more about his path after the tragic death and kidnapping of the Season 3 finale. Fans of the show don’t mind the lengthy wait despite the fact that the alternative would have been for the show to end abruptly. They were crucial in convincing Manifest to return for one last season.
The official synopsis of the series is as follows : “Two years after the brutal murder of Grace turned their lives upside down, the Stone family is in shambles as a devastated Ben continues to mourn his wife and search for his kidnapped daughter, Eden. Consumed by his grief, Ben has stepped down from his role as co-captain of the lifeboat, leaving Michaela to captain it alone, a near impossible feat with the passengers’ every move now being monitored by a government registry. As the Death Date draws closer and the passengers grow desperate for a path to survival, a mysterious passenger arrives with a package for Cal that changes everything they know about Flight 828 and will prove to be the key to unlocking the secret of the Callings in this compelling, mind-bending, and deeply emotional journey.”
On November 4, the first 10 episodes of season 4 of “Manifest” will make their Netflix debut. When the show debuted on Netflix, it shot to the top of the service’s Top 10 rankings in no time. In August 2021, Netflix decided to renew it for a fourth and final season. Melissa Roxburgh, J.R. Ramirez, Parveen Kaur, Luna Blaise, Holly Taylor, Ty Doran, Daryl Edwards, and Matt Long make up the cast of Manifest.
