Since fresh episodes of the Netflix series Virgin River debuted last month, fans have been anxiously anticipating information on its future. The fifth season of the program has now been given a look by one of its stars. Such a great day with these women, the actress stated in the caption. Fans obviously adored the cast shot.
Will Virgin River get a fifth season?
Simply said, yes. The show was not only given the go-ahead at the same time as season 4, but production has already begun. Martin Henderson shared a picture from the set on Instagram, and based on the message, it appears like he is prepared to return to Jack’s world.
Numerous unanswered mysteries remain in the wake of the Season 4 finale Fortunately, Patrick Sean Smith, the show’s new showrunner (who is taking over for departing showrunner Sue Tenney), is aware of this and is determined to not let down audiences in the upcoming season. Let’s briefly analyze the events of the season finale before moving on to season 5. While Charmaine’s dramatic paternity discovery has us guessing who the real father of her twins is, Mel and Jack now know that Jack is the father of their unborn daughter. Speaking about our favourite Virgin River pair, they’ve been engaged for four seasons now! Hopefully, another wedding will be shown to us shortly.
Who shot Jack, for example, was one of many plots and mysteries on the program that have been resolved by the series, and many more have been set in motion to be resolved in season 5. It’s not all bad news, though, as fans will be aware that the well-known TV drama is an adaptation of a Robyn Carr novel series, by a best-selling novelist. There is a tonne of potential content for next season considering that Robyn has written more than 20 books in the Virgin River series.
We are aware that there is still much to learn about Hope. We can anticipate continuing to see how her brain damage from season 3 will affect her going ahead as she now needs to employ an assistant (and thank heavens Lizzie is stepping in to help). In fact, Annette O’Toole expressed optimism (pun intended!) regarding the future of the series when she spoke with Screen Rant in July.
Virgin River season new cast members?
Barbara Pollard, who made her Virgin River debut as Melissa Montgomery in season 4, is one of the most recent cast members. Fans are aware that she is the CEO of Emerald Lumber, but now that it has come to light that she is Nick’s sister, the man who invested in Jack’s plan to expand his mobile home company, she could be looking for new blood. Additionally, given that Nick receives his income from the family company, Melissa could be harbouring a grudge towards our favourite bartender.
Although we’re unsure of who else will go to Virgin River, we do know that the cast has officially gathered for table readings! In fact, just days before season 4 of the programme debuted on Netflix, the show’s official Instagram shared a Zoom photo of the whole cast and staff together.
Where can I watch Virgin River season 5 online?
Unfortunately, Virgin River season 5 won’t be streaming on Netflix for a time. However, it doesn’t preclude you from watching seasons 1 through 4 in the interim.
