Adele is content with her relationship with her boyfriend Rich Paul.

The 34-year-old singer spoke candidly about how she met Paul, 40, and their current relationship while gracing the cover of ELLE’s September edition. “I have never experienced a love like this. I’m infatuated with him,” Adele said in an interview with the magazine that was released worldwide on Monday and was first published in the U.S. and the U.K. The diva, who divorced ex-husband Simon Konecki in 2019 and has a 9-year-old son named Angelo, said “Yes, certainly,” when asked if she would ever want to remarry.

An NBA game in July 2021 was Adele and Paul’s first public outing together. The sports agent and the artist have been dating for “a few months,” a source told PEOPLE after they were photographed courtside. When Adele was seen sporting a diamond ring on her ring finger at the BRIT Awards in February of the following year, she gave rise to engagement speculations. The singer of “Someone Like You” played coy about engagement rumors when appearing on The Graham Norton Show in the same month. When the presenter of the show mentioned the enormous diamond she was wearing, she did not confirm or deny the claims. Adele retaliated, making a jewelry-related reference, “As if I would ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t.” But isn’t it beautiful, too?

In her ELLE interview, “I simply love everything! More than ever, I’m content. So what if I’m married?” Boy, I really do adore fine jewelry!” After Adele and Paul were photographed on vacation in Porto Cervo, Italy, a month prior to the interview, Paul sported a white, pink, blue, and orange sweater with white leggings and aviator sunglasses, while the singer of “Rolling in the Deep” was photographed soaking up the sun in a flowing, multicolored dress, and wide sunglasses.

Adele stated in her interview with ELLE that she shared with Paul her desire to visit an Italian island but her concern over coming across photographers.
