She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, the next Marvel Studios television series, will now air on Thursdays instead of Wednesdays, according to a recent announcement from Disney+. Every Marvel Studios series has thus far published new episodes on Wednesdays. Disney+ chose to premiere new episodes of every major Marvel Studios and Star Wars series once a week, on Wednesdays, unlike some streaming services who choose to release new seasons of their most popular TV shows closer to the weekend.

Due to the competition for viewers’ attention between Ms. Marvel and Obi-Wan Kenobi, this has historically led to some conflicting issues. That could account for Disney+’s decision to move She-Hulk: Attorney at Law to a Thursday time slot, giving two of the House of Mouse’s most lucrative series separate weekdays.

Fans had predicted that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law would encounter the same issue as Ms. Marvel because the eagerly anticipated Star Wars series Andor was set to debut on August 31. But Disney+ delayed the release of Andor and scheduled a three-episode special debut for September 21. Nevertheless, because She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has a nine-episode first season and is scheduled to air through October 13, the two series were bound to cross paths at some point. Disney+ makes sure that everyone has the time to watch both much anticipated series at the same time without having to get up early to avoid spoilers by dedicating one day to each property.

Tatiana Maslany plays Jennifer Walters, a Bruce Banners’ cousin who gains Bruce’s gamma-ray superpowers in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. As She-Hulk, Jennifer is not only very tough and resilient, but she is also a shrewd attorney who will use her brains to defend superheroes’ rights in the next series. The antagonist from the 2008 film The Incredible Hulk, Tim Roth’s Abomination, will also make an appearance on the show. The Abomination recently made a cameo appearance in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, where he was joined by Sorcerer Supreme Wong (Benedict Wong), who will also appear in the future series, though little is known about the character’s function in it.
