What is the story of Keep Breathing about?

Liv must face the elements and survive against all obstacles after surviving a tiny plane crash in the middle of the Canadian wilderness.
The trailer begins by introducing the show’s major subject with a voiceover, “Why did you come out here, Liv?” “What are you so afraid of?” As her plane crashes into the water, we watch Liv awaken from a dream. As the one-and-a-half-minute video progresses, we watch Liv walking through the forest, with chaotic scenes from her past and present intermingled to highlight her worries, irritation, and loneliness.
