The eighth season of The CW’s The Flash will premiere in the coming weeks, and it will then be available on Netflix in several different territories. Here is the most recent release schedule for Netflix’s The Flash season 8.
The Flash, which debuted in 2014 on The CW and is based on the DC comic book, is still one of the most popular and long-running shows on the network. With The CW transitioning to a new era of characters like Naomi, Superman, and Batwoman, none of which come to Netflix, we’ve seen many of the older Arrow verse episodes come to an end.

The Arrow verse has, of course, largely concluded at this point, with The Flash being the lone programme continuing into the 2022–2023 season with a confirmed season 9.
When will The Flash season 8 be available on Netflix?
Let’s start with the United States because it has the largest audience for What’s on Netflix. In the United States, the show is still available on Netflix through a prior output agreement Netflix had with The CW. This agreement (which expired in 2019) means that all shows will be available on Netflix for the duration of the show plus 5 years. The agreement also brings shows to Netflix approximately 8 days after the season finale airs.
We received confirmation in June 2022 that the show will be coming to Netflix in the exact manner outlined above, with all episodes of season 8 set to release on July 7th, 2022. This date is subject to change, and we’ll most likely provide updates as we get closer to the release date.
The Flash is also available on Netflix on a weekly basis. The Netherlands, Greece, Israel, Belgium, Romania, Slovakia, Portugal, and Canada are among the countries represented.
If you’ve previously received weekly episodes, you’ll receive them again in 2021/2022. In the United States, new episodes air on Tuesdays and are available on Netflix the following Thursday morning. According to Unogs, some regions are still waiting for season 7, which is expected to be added in late 2021 or early 2022.
When will season 8 of The Flash premiere on The CW?
The Flash isn’t delayed into midseason like it was in season 7, but it hasn’t returned to its regular time slot.
Instead, new episodes started airing on November 16th. It begins with the much-anticipated Armageddon Crossover event, which covers the fifth graphic novel.
The eighth season of the show will consist of 20 episodes. The show premiered on The CW for five episodes before taking a break. Episode 6 premiered on March 9th, with the finale scheduled for June 29th, 2022.
