The popular Canadian sitcom Workin’ Moms has been renewed for a seventh and final season after its sixth season ended on a cliffhanger. Workin’ Moms made its debut on CBC Television on January 10, 2017. Catherine Reitman, Jessalyn Wanlim, Dani Kind, Enuka Okuma, and Juno Rinaldi are the show’s stars.

Reitman, the show’s creator and executive producer, who also plays Kate Foster, made the announcement that her well-liked mommy-comedy would be ending. She also shared the news in a video on Twitter. She just described Season 7 of Workin’ Moms as “hilarious” and “deeply-moving” in the video, offering little else about what viewers might anticipate from it. The late Ghostbusters: Afterlife director’s daughter referred to the season as a “love letter” to both her fans and her late father.

An unvarnished look at the hilarious reality of life as a mother, lover, and friend is provided by Workin’ Moms. Where Season 6 left off, Season 7 continues with the women facing their past demons in order to move ahead into their future. As they come to terms with who they once were and where each is going, decisions about motherhood, relationships, and careers will all be put to the test. As we say goodbye to Kate, Anne, Sloane, Jenny, and Val, it’s up to each of them to decide how much more crap they’re ready to endure as working moms and the influence their work will have on others.

Principal photography for the seventh season of Wolf + Rabbit Entertainment, the production business Reitman and her husband Philip Stenberg created in 2016, has started in and around Toronto. 13 half-hour episodes of Season 7 of Workin’ Moms will air on CBC in the winter of 2023. Soon after, the show will be available on Netflix in every country besides Canada.

Reitman will reprise his roles in the show’s last season together with Stenberg, Dani Kind, Jessalyn Wanlim, Ryan Belleville, Sarah McVie, Sadie Munroe, Peter Keleghan, Nikki Duval, and Enuka Okuma, among others.
