Kevin Feige Teases Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe — ‘There Have Already Been Many Clues’

As Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe approaches its conclusion next year, Kevin Feige and the Marvel Studios crew are already thinking ahead to Phase 5. However, according to Marvel Studios CEO Kevin Feige, previously released films and television series have begun to sow the seeds for Phase 5 of the MCU.WandaVision on the small screen and Black Widow on the large screen kicked off Phase 4 in 2021. Since then, the Disney+ series and feature films have mostly focused on individual tales and the introduction of new characters to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As a result, it’s difficult to predict what Phase 5 of the MCU will include.

Black Widow, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, Eternals, Spider-Man: No Way Home, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness are among the Phase 4 films that have been released. In addition, fans can look forward to Thor: Love and Thunder, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, The Marvels, and the Fantastic Four.

Meanwhile, WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, What If…?, Hawkeye, Moon Knight, and Ms. Marvel are among the currently running Disney+ shows in Phase 4. I Am Groot, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, an unnamed Halloween special, The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, Secret Invasion, and Ironheart are among the planned programmes. Armor Wars and an untitled Wakanda series are also in the works, although it’s unknown if they’ll debut during Phase 4 or Phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Kevin Feige teased what’s to come in the final episodes of Phase 4 as well as how Marvel is preparing for Phase 5 of the MCU.

“I think people will start to realise where this next story is headed as we reach the end of Phase 4,” the president added. “I believe there have already been numerous hints as to where this drama is headed that are at least evident to me.” But in the coming months, we’ll be a little more straightforward about it to lay out a strategy so that audiences that want to see the big picture may see a small, tiny, tiny bit more of the roadmap.” According to Feige, several of the MCU: Phase 4 films and series have already begun preparing for Phase 5. Marvel’s next ventures, on the other hand, will begin to tease the next chapter and inform fans about what’s to come.
