The most recent trailer for Spriggan, perhaps one of the most eagerly awaited animated Netflix series in 2022, was shared by the platform earlier than Geeked Week.
We lay down all the information you want regarding the Spriggan anime series in this article, including the premiere date, time, storyline, and voice cast for the next military sci-fi adventure on Netflix.

What Is the Story of the SPRIGGAN Animated Series?

A manga by Hiroshi Takashige that was serialised in Japan from 1991 to 1996 is the source material for the Spriggan anime series.
An ancient civilization that once controlled Spriggan had knowledge and technology far beyond what the modern world possesses now, making its artefacts extraordinarily potent but also very well concealed.
These artefacts are being kept secret from these military superpowers by a group called ARCAM, though.
Strikers, or more frequently Spriggans, are the names given to their special forces personnel.

After the manga was published in the 1990s, Toho Animation released a feature-length film in 1998 that was made by Studio 4°C. A video game named Spriggan: Lunar Verse was released in 1999 and is said to have grossed roughly 350 million Yen ($2.5 million in today’s currency) at the Japanese box office.

WHO ARE THE VOICE CAST MEMBERS?

David Production and Hiroshi Kobayashi are responsible for the upcoming Spriggan anime series.
The Tokyo-based animation studio David Production has previously worked on shows like Ensemble Stars, 2.43 Seiin High School Boys Volleyball Team, Planetarian, Cells at Work, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure (including the spin-off starring This Spoke Kishibi Rohan).
With Spriggan, Hiroshi Kobayashi, who has previously contributed to Kill La Kill, Dororo, Carole & Tuesday, Mob Psycho 100, and Saga of Taya the Evil, will make his feature film directing debut.

The series’ composition is being handled by Hiroshi Seko (Attack on Titan, Dorohedoro), while character design is being handled by Shhei Handa (One Punch Man: Wanpanman), and the soundtrack is being handled by Taisei Iwasaki (Belle: The Dragon and the Freckled Princess).
