Disney Plus is developing a new Daredevil series

Marvel Studios is finally going forward with a Daredevil series for Disney+ after multiple teasers of characters from Netflix’s Daredevil show in its own material.
Disney+ is moving forward with a new Daredevil series now that the character is officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, however it’s unclear whether Charlie Cox will return. With the eponymous Netflix show conceived by Drew Goddard, Cox first brought the character of blind lawyer Matt Murdock and vigilante Daredevil to life. The Daredevil series would help establish a set of shows known colloquially as the Marvel Knights, which includes Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Punisher, and The Defenders, all of which had tenuous ties to the MCU.

Daredevil was one of Netflix’s most popular shows, running three seasons and starring Charlie Cox as blind avenging attorney Matt Murdock, alias Daredevil, who won over fans with his portrayal of Daredevil. Fans were ecstatic when the actor returned to the role for a cameo in Spider-Man: No Way Home last year, hinting at a possible return.
Meanwhile, the Kingpin, played by Vincent D’Onofrio, was revealed to be the main antagonist in Marvel’s blockbuster series Hawkeye, which premiered late last year.

The Netflix shows have now been shifted to Disney+, and they are more mature (i.e., more violent and cuss-filled) than the average Marvel show, let alone Disney+ content.
Corman and Ord are most known for inventing the four-season US spy drama Covert Affairs, starring Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham. They also worked on The Enemy Within and The Brave, two action-thriller series. Verve and Entertainment 360 represent them.

The Save Daredevil campaign has finally paid off. Netflix terminated Daredevil in 2018 because Disney was planning to extend the Marvel Cinematic Universe to include television. Daredevil, unlike most cancelled shows, was highly acclaimed and hugely popular, and fans have been clamouring for Disney and Marvel to bring it back in some form. With Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio being officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the time has come for a Daredevil comeback on Disney+.
