The official First Kill trailer for Netflix’s upcoming supernatural teen romance drama, centred on a forbidden love story between a hunter and a vampire, has been released. On June 10, all eight episodes will be accessible for streaming.
The video, which you can watch below along with the new poster, teases the instant bond between Cal, a rookie hunter from a long line of monster hunters, and Juliette, a heritage vampire. It also emphasises the inevitable battles between Cal and Juliette’s families, who are attempting to destroy each other.
Sarah Catherine Hook, Imani Lewis, Elizabeth Mitchell, Aubin Wise, Gracie Dzienny, Dominic Goodman, Phillip Mullings, Jr., Jason R. Moore, Jonas Dylan Allen, and Dylan McNamara star in First Kill, which is directed by MK xyz.
“When it comes time for Juliette, a teenage vampire, to perform her first kill in order to assume her place among a powerful vampire family, she sets her sights on a young girl in town named Calliope,” according to the synopsis. “However, Calliope is a vampire hunter from a family of legendary slayers, much to Juliette’s amazement.” Both realise that the other will be difficult to kill and, sadly, far too easy to fall for.”
Felicia D. Henderson conceptualised, wrote, and executive produced First Kill, which is based on a short tale by New York Times best-selling author Victoria “V. E.” Schwab. Henderson also serves as showrunner. Schwab, Emma Roberts, and Karah Preiss serve as executive producers.
