Amber Heard again took the stand in the high-profile defamation trial and addressed Johnny Depp’s alleged “hatred” for James Franco, her costar, in her testimony. She told the court how James Franco was the reason for fights and arguments between them, she did two movies with Franco which include Pineapple Express and The Adderall Diaries.
Amber Heard testimony was emotional as she narrated that Depp called her a “slut” and other obscene terms in front of their security and servants during an argument the former couple had on a plane. Amber recalled that when she signed a movie with Franco, Depp was furious with her decision, telling court, “Depp was mad at me for taking the job with James Franco. He hated, hated James Franco and was already accusing me of kind of secretly having a thing with him in my past since we had done Pineapple Express together.”
The “Never Back Down” actress detailed that Johnny fought with her for the type of scenes she will be shooting with James, she shared an incident that took place on a plane when the two were on their way to Los Angeles for Johnny’s daughter Lily-Rose’s birthday. Amber explained the court that “Pirates of the Caribbean” star inquired her whether she was doing a romantic/erotic scene with “The Interview” star, she said Depp even asked her if Franco “slipped a tongue” during the kissing scene.
Heard then added he was “saying really disgusting things about my body, about how I liked it, how I responded. Then he started straight up taunting me. ‘I know you liked it’. He called me a ‘go-getter’ .” Amber talked about the alleged assault which occurred on the plane, she stated that Depp started flinging ice cubes, objects and utensils when she tried to walk away from the conversation. Noting that this was the first time something like this had occurred in the presence of someone else.
Amber also accused Johnny of kicking her which made her fell the ground and then placing his boot on her back.
