Kim Kardashian made her debut on Saturday Night Live in October last year, in her monologue she made fun of her loved ones and herself. Kim Kardashian also mocked her ex husband during her monologue, Kanye West was present during the filming of the show. Now, during an episode of her latest reality show “The Kardashians”, Kim opened up about Kanye West leaving in the midst of her SNL monologue.
Kim discussed about the incident with her sister Khloe Kardashian on the show and disclosed the reason why West got so upset that he felt the need to leave. Kim narrated to Khloe, “He wished I said the word ‘filed’ for divorce. And he was upset that I also said he was a rapper. He said, ‘I’m so much more than a rapper, I can’t believe you said rapper’ “.
Kim took a dig at the “Gold Digger” artist while hosting the SNL for the first time, telling the audience, “I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he is the richest Black man in America. A talented, legit genius who gave me four incredible kids. So, when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality!”
The 41 year old SKIMS founder further added that she didn’t meant to offend anyone with her monologue and emphasised that it was all “fun and games”. The socialite also confided in Khloe that she has always stood by Kanye despite his views, opinions and takes making her feel uncomfortable.
