Review of the film

This film has received a lot of appreciation from critics and fans, and it has been dubbed one of the best Marvel films. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is set after the events of Spider Man: No Way Home and it follows Doctor Strange and his allies into the multiverse to fight a frightening new foe. From beginning to end, director Sam Raimi’s whole range of oddity and spookiness is on full show. Fans familiar with Raimi’s filmography will be able to identify plenty of instances bearing his signature, whether it’s through the creatures, Raimi-specific cameos, or just the feel. “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” is a film that is continually testing its own boundaries. It has a plot that could have continually astonished viewers with different permutations on the premise of a world with heroes in it, as well as a filmmaker ready to go there.

Sneak- Peak of the plot, Spoilers alert

The plot of the movie is as follows: When chaos erupts in the street outside, Dr. Stephen Strange is witnessing the wedding of his unrequited love Christine Palmer (Rachel McAdams). A giant octopus-like creature is hunting America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) between realities, wreaking havoc in the process. Strange and Wong (Benedict Wong) rush in to save the girl, only to discover that America is wanted for her ability to travel through different realities, which she can’t fully control. Strange feels witchcraft is at work, prompting him to seek the advice of Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen), who is still grieving the loss of her children at the end of the series and is under the spell of the evil Darkhokd, a book of evil spells that Raimi fans will recognise as looking similar to the Necronomicon. Wanda is ready to go to any lengths to keep her children, which causes mayhem for Strange, and America, invoking Morfi, a few known characters, and, well, some new faces with familiar names.
