Marvel’s hit film Doctor Strange’s actress Zara Phythian and her spouse are accused of raping a thirteen year old girl. Zara Phythian, who is also a martial artist, and her husband Victor Marke have denied the rape allegations levelled against them by a woman who says she was 13 years old when she was sexually assaulted by Zara Phythian and Victor Marke.
The couple are looking at fourteen charges of sexual offenses with a minor in the United Kingdom. In fact at the Nottingham Crown Court in the Uk, a interview with the woman conducted by the police was played in which she can be heard telling that Zara and Victor raped her beginning in 2005, from when she was 13 to 15 years old. According to the BBC, “I knew it was wrong but I just didn’t know how to get out of the situation or say anything.” According to the victim, she admired Phythian who used to live in Nottinghamshire, England, then and worked as a marital-arts teacher along with her partner.
According to the victim, Phythian and Marke made her consume alochol, then Zara challenged her to give oral sex to Victor. Victor Marke at the time was married to someone else. The victim told, “I remember trying to copy Zara’s reaction at the time because I looked up to her and tried to be like her.” Later Victor had sex with both her and Zara. Alleging that “they always had a power over me”, the victim stated Marke said to her that no one will believe her and also threatened her with violence if she disclosed about it to anybody.
In addition to these charges against Victor and his wife Zara, he is also facing four other charges in a different case in which a woman has accused him of raping her when she was 15 years old from 2002-2003. The couple have dismissed all the accusations as baseless.
