Singer Harry Styles recently made his debuted at Coachella, exciting the audience there. Once again he has earned the praise of public following an interview with one of the best-selling magazines “Better Homes and Gardens”. Harry Styles talked many subjects during his interview such as his next album, but what captured everyone’s attention is his remarks regarding his sex life.
The “Sign Of The Times” artist recalled he used to feel ashamed, when he was in One Direction, when others found out about his sex life. 28 years old Styles then told how he managed the guilt and talked about the change in his perception after a period. Harry opened up to Better Homes and Gardens, “For a long time, it felt like the only thing that was mine was my sex life. I felt so ashamed about it, ashamed at the idea of people even knowing that I was having sex, let alone who with.”
The “Treat People With Kindness” singer expressed that when he was in One Direction it was difficult for him when it comes to trusting others. However, Harry Styles added that with the passage of time and his age, he abandoned the thoughts of feeling embarrassed and guilty about his sex life, telling he reached a stage in life where he thinks, “Why do I feel ashamed? I’m a 26 year-old man who’s single. It’s like, ‘Yes, I have sex.’ “
A major development which he said significantly changed his life is his solo artist contract did not have a cleanliness clause which instructs what he can talk about in public and what he cannot. Styles stated he feels free since he is not in the domain of any such contract clauses. In One Direction, however, he didn’t get this opportunity.
