In the trial between Blac Chyna and the Kardashian family, Blac Chyna continued her testimony. The legal fight began in the year 2017 following Chyna filing a lawsuit against her ex Rob Kardashian and his family members for being physically and verbally abusive to her and causing loss to her brand. During her testimony on 20th April, Chyna brought up her and her former fiance’s fight in December, 2016 on the same day when it was announced that their reality show called “Rob & Chyna” will have a new season. She said, “We were enjoying each other’s company. Throwing money…being silly”.
She said she tore Rob’s t-shirt as both were having a good time, Chyna took his unloaded gun which he used to keep on the nightstand while Rob was talking to his friends via FaceTime. She told that she was just being funny and so did Rob Kardashian. Michael Rhodes, the lawyer representing the Kardashian family cross-examined Chyna during which she denied the allegation that she pointed the gun at Rob’s head who was FaceTiming his buddy. Chyna told the court her ex fiance didn’t try to flee from her and also denied her finger being on the trigger, saying the weapon was pointed at the sky, “It was a joke, to him, too. I was playing. I didn’t point it at him.”
Kardashian’s lawyer accused Blac Chyna of trying to strangle rob with an iPhone cord, she admitted to that but stated she was joking since he was playing video games and not listening to her. The next day, she told the court, the former couple argued as Rob accused her of cheating on him, narrating that he used to check her phone and even asked her whether their five year old daughter was his or not. However, Blac Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani accused the Kardashian family of conspiring to put an end to “Rob & Chyna” following their fight. Ciana contended that her client never got the chance to earn millions because the show stopped airing.
Whereas Rhodes argued that Rob & Chyna was canceled by E! since the couple canceled their engagement and parted ways in 2017. As per PEOPLE, Chyna said she endured “significant damages” after Rob’s social media attacks. Rob Kardashian in July, 2017, posted vulgar and offensive stuff regarding her including three of her naked pictures and accused her of adultery. In 2017, December, legal representatives of the Kardashians tried to get Blac Chyna’s lawsuit dismissed, however, in 2018, November, her lawyer confirmed that “the court rejected the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit.”
