A doctor and a nurse gave their testimonies at the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard defamation lawsuit trial which is happening in Virginia, their testimonies were concerning Depp’s severed fingertip. In March 2015, the Hollywood star was in Australia to film the fifth part of the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, he was injured there.
The “Alice In Wonderland” star accused his former wife Amber Heard of hurling a bottle at him which resulted the top of his middle finger cutting off but Heard said that the injury on his finger followed Depp smashing a telephone. Depp’s doctor named David Kipper testified at the trial that he was called to the actor’s house and cleaned Johnny’s lesion. The doctor further stated that he told the staff to look for Depp’s severed fingertip and later it was found by his chef.
David Kipper recalled the incident, “He said he found it in the kitchen area”, noting that there was blood and fragmented glass in the house. Doctor’s claims were supported by a nurse named Debbie Llyod who used to work with Kipper and she also told the court that Johnny’s fingertip was found in the kitchen. Kipper added that one time he thought withdrawing his treatment from Depp as he was not abiding by the alcohol and drug rules.
Now, as far as March, 2015 incident is concerned, Johnny Depp had a reconstructive operation to fix his badly injured finger. As per several reports, Depp will be taking the stand which will be followed by cross-examination.
