Johnny Depp: A Friend In Need Is A Friend Indeed

During the defamation lawsuit case which is filed against Amber Heard by her former spouse Johnny Depp, one of Depp’s friends broke down while testifying about his relationship with the duo. Isaac Baruch knows Johnny Depp since he was a teen in Florida and used to live in one of the five penthouses owned by Depp in Los Angeles. Amber Heard’s attorney asked Isaac Baruch whether he was angry with her client considering all that has happened, with the couple splitting and Heard accusing Depp of abuse.

Baruch responded, “When? Oh, about the phony pictures in the tabloids and about the fake narrative and the way she trying to got a fraudulent domestic violence claim to extort and blackmail a man? Yeah — that kinda got me frustrated, angry, confused and upset. Which is why I said the best thing for us to do was not talk to each other.

When he was asked if he was still angry with her, he said, “Oh, you know something. It’s six years, it’s six years. Am I angry anymore? What I am is tired, I want this all to end. For her to go heal, him to go heal. It’s so many people have been affected by this malicious lie that she started and she created, and it’s gone out the door and around the world, and so I can’t even paint anymore. I’ve stopped painting for the last how many years.”

Baruch further added, “I’m not angry at anybody. I want the best for her, for her to take her responsibility, heal and move on. Move on, and for Johnny…his family has been completely wrecked by all of this stuff and it’s not..it’s not fair…it’s not right.”

Baruch used to work for Depp in the Viper Room nightclub, the “Charlie And The Chocolate Factory” star was his patron and also offered him a place to stay at his loft. While giving his testimony Baruch recalled an incident of 2016 when Heard accused Depp of throwing phone at her during a heated argument, Baruch told the court that he did not see any bruises or injury marks on her and added she was not wearing make-up then. Isaac Baruch, who was good friends with the couple and interacted with them, stated that he was taken aback when Amber Heard made accusations against Johnny Depp and filed for divorce. Later, he told her that it would be best if they don’t speak to each other anymore.
