Miley Cyrus’s mother Trish Cyrus has filed for divorce from her husband Billy Ray Cyrus. After twenty eight years of being with each other, Trish Cyrus filed divorce papers in the state of Tennessee. The documents, which were filed in court on 6th April this year, said the cause for the divorce are “irreconcilable differences” and stated that Trish and Billy Ray Cyrus are not living together since February, 2020.
Billy Ray and Tish got married in the year 1993, they raised three children which include Noah, 22 years old, Braison, 27 and of course Miley Cyrus, 29. Tish also has two children from her first marriage with Baxter Neal Helson. This marks the third time this couple filing for a divorce as earlier both have filed for it in the year 2010, however, a year later in 2011 resolved their differences. Billy Ray and Tish also filed for divorce in the year 201 but then reconciled their issues in 2017 and got back together in 2017.
During their divorce dram, the couple issued a statement to the media, which read, “This is a personal matter and we are doing what is in the best interest of our family. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”
Billy Ray and Tish’s own daughter Miley Cyrus also went through a difficult time in her relationship and marriage. Miley Cyrus was married to Liam Hemsworth merely for seven months after which they separated in 2019. Miley explained on The Howard Stern Show that she and Liam Hemsworth split because of so many disputes in their marriage.
