Let me say one word to those on the verge of jumping out of their skin: Yes! Élite was not only renewed before season 4 even aired, but it is also projected to make a big comeback for its fifth season. The actors made the surprising revelation on the show’s official social media channels in February 2021. Fans have been clamouring for more since season 4 of the blockbuster Spanish adolescent series Elite debuted on Netflix. The good news is that fans won’t have to wait much longer, as the fifth season’s release date has been set. After Polo’s murder was solved in the third season, the Las Encinas students were forced to deal with four new classmates, while a fresh investigation provided the foundation for most of the plot. Season 5 of Elite is planned to premiere on Friday, April 8, 2022. That means we won’t have to wait long to learn what the pupils at Las Encinas will be doing next.
Cast & Plot
Samuel, Omar, Rebeka, Cayetana, Ari, Patrick, Mencía, Benjamín, Phillipe are definitely returning characters in the show this season. Ander (Arón Piper) and Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau), who left at the conclusion of season 4, are the two key cast members who may not return. However, these teenagers enjoy sending voice messages and video chats to one another, so we’ll see whether they make an appearance. In February, two more cast members were introduced! Sofia will be played by Argentinian actress Valentina Zenere, while Gonzalo will be played by Brazilian actor André Lamoglia, who will undoubtedly add to the tension.
The body at the lake’s bottom, which is presently being kept in place by ropes and boulders, will undoubtedly pose problems. Armando’s background is sparse, except from the fact that he was a Las Encinas student two decades ago and that he is wealthy and powerful. Someone will undoubtedly come looking for him, and Rebe and Samu will have to remain silent. At this high school, love triangles abound, and the new pupils will undoubtedly generate some conflict!
