Priyanka Chopra and Marvel star, Anthony Mackie-starrer Ending Things’ has been acquired by Amazon Prime, reported by Deadline. This is the first time both the actors are sharing the screen. According to Deadline, Amazon bought Screenwriter Kevin Sullivan’s spec script with a True Lies premise. As for now, there is no information on when the shooting of the movie will start.
Storyline of Ending Things
The storyline of the movie follows the story of a hit assassin woman who wants to quit the assassin business. For the matter, she decides to tell her business partner that she is ending their personal relationship as well. But later she comes to realize that he doesn’t want to end things. So to survive, she agrees to work with him for the very last time. Thus, they team up for one last night. During one final performance together, the two will be challenged in more ways than they could have ever possibly imagined.
Cast and Production of Ending Things
Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Marvel star Anthony Mackie signed to the project for leading roles earlier this year. According to the reports, Mackie will also produce the movie with his Make It With Gravy Productions banner. Priyanka Chopra will be the executive producer of the movie. Reportedly, Lit Entertainment, Jeremy Stein and Jason Spear are all interested in the production of the movie. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will also star in the movie.
Chopra will reportedly appear in the romantic -drama Text for You and Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming sci-fi series Citadel. Chopra was earlier seen in movies like Isn’t It Romantic, We Can Be Heroes, The Matrix Revolutions, The White Tiger, and Baywatch. Anthony Mackie has recently seen in the series Altered Carbon and the movie The Woman in the Window. He also appeared in the horror movie We Have a Ghost. He also finished shooting for Rupert Wyatt’s “Desert Warrior”.
