According to Page Six, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are not married legally as friends and acquaintances of the couple confirmed that they had a wedding ceremony but their marriage is not legal as they never got any marriage certificate. Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian got married in Las Vegas soon after the Grammys. As per a source close to the couple, “They had a ceremony, but on paper, it’s not legal yet”.
As per Clark County marriage license and certificate records, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker never sought any marriage certificate. The wedding ceremony of the passionate couple had plenty of Vegas’s kitsch and featured an Elvis Presley officiant. Even though One Love Chapel’s websites specifically states that it will not perform a wedding ceremony without a marriage certficate, it made an exception for the top couple. Considering that they eloped in Las Vegas, a proper wedding may be scheduled.
Acoording to TMZ, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are planning several events with “lots of fanfare”. If they get married legally, then this will be the first marriage of Kourtney who is known for starring in the hit reality tv show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and will be a third marriage of Barker. Kourtney has three kids with former boyfriend Scott Disick and Travis has two children with ex-wife Shanna Moakler. The Blink-182’s drummer and Kim Kardashian’s sister revealed their engagement in October last year.
Barker popped the question on a beach in Montecito in front of candles and red roses, Blink-182’s member sat on one knee and asked the tv star to marry him with a heavy diamond ring.
