Pulp Fiction’s Stars Are Reuniting For A New Film After More Than 17 Years

Samuel Jakson and Uma Thurman, who were costars in the classic Pulp Fiction, will be returning to the big screen with their upcoming movie called “The Kill Room”. It’s been nearly twenty eight years since Uma Thurman and Samuel Jackson starred in Quentin Tarantino’s remarkable crime film Pulp Fiction in the 1990s. Although, the two Hollywood veterans did not shared any scenes together in the unpredictable film.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, Thurman and Jackson will be coming together again to feature in The Kill Room which is written by Jonathan Jacobson, his debut film as a writer and directed by Nicol Paone whose directorial debut movie is Friendsgiving (2020). The storyline is based on a hitman, his boss played by Samuel Jackson and an art dealer portrayed by Uma Thurman, basically a money-laundering plot involving the three characters which turns the hitman into a vanguard in a short period of time and compels them to pit the art world against crime.

Quentin Tarantino’s fans know that this will be the third time Samuel Jackson and Uma Thurman will be working together because earlier they starred in Kill Bill Vol.2 in which Thurman played the bride and Jackson portrayed the piano player called Rufus. Fans of Tarantino’s innovative 90s blockbuster are thrilled after learning the news of the two actors reuniting and it is being said that “The Kill Room” is identical to the Kill Bill franchise and Pulp Fiction as it will most likely follow Quentin Tarantino’s genre which are extreme violence and dark humour. As of now, there is no release date announced for The Kill Room.

In the meantime, Samuel Jackson was bestowed with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 94th Academy Awards, celebrating and honouring his long and distinguished career. Throughout his acting career he did hit movies such as Pulp Fiction (1994), Django Unchained (2012), The Hateful Eight (2015) as well as commercially successful Marvel films, playing the popular character of Nick Fury and The Star Wars’s prequel The Phantom Menace (1999).
