Netflix’s Psychological thriller ‘You’ is set to return for another season and the filming for the new season has already begun. Netflix has already released a blockbuster list of shows with the likes of Bridgerton returning for another season. ‘You’ has been one of the most bizarre, compelling, dark, and imaginative shows that are available on the platform. The production of season 4 has been underway for a while but thanks to Netflix the exact location is confirmed as London. This does come as a surprise since Joe Goldberg ended his murderous journey in Paris last season. The announcement also comes with some new photos of the star Penn Badgleyon set. From the images, it looks like Joe will be having a beard at least for the start of the season.
It will be fascinating to see what effects London will have on the storyline of the show. So far we have seen that be it, New York, in the first season or Los Angeles in the second season, or the Suburban lifestyle of season 3 the locations of the show have played their part. Where Joe lives has always set up the story of that season. Just like we saw in earlier seasons London will bring a change in how Joe looks at the World and what he thinks about it. That sort of fish-out-of-water story might be a fresh twist for the show since it’s the first time he’s been abroad. The series is unlikely to surpass itself in Season 4. In particular, the last two seasons have been one of the craziest shows you will ever see.
It’s unclear what this season’s story will be about since last season ended with Joe killing his crazy wife Love and burning down their house. The only thing we know so far is the London location and the new characters. So far, we know only about the London location and the new characters Joe will meet.
