‘Chris Evans’ & ‘Scarlett Johansson’ to join Jason Bateman’s ‘Project Artemis’

Apple TV+ has procured yet another extraordinary movie project, Project Artemis. Apple has gained the movie project in a huge $100M+ deal. The new space race movie will be directed by Ozark’s director Jason Bateman and written By Rose Gilroy. The film will mark the reunion of Avengers Co-star, Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), and Chris Evans (Captain America). This is not the first movie of the actors with Apple. Scarlett is currently working on another project Bride with Apple while Evans is working with them for Ghosted. Scarlett and Evans are no strangers to each other. They have been starred in various Marvel movies playing Black Widow and Captain America respectively. Both the actors are planning to make a movie together for a long time, earlier the romantic action-adventure movie Ghosted was supposed to be the reunion of the actors but Scarlett relinquished the project due to some scheduling problems. So the production has replaced Johansson with Ana de Armas.

Project Artemis’ plot has been kept under wraps for now but according to recent reports from Deadline, the movie is set against the space race. the movie will take reference from NASA’s Artemis project which is NASA’s mission to land humans on the moon. The progrmme main objective includes establishing an international expedition team and a sustainable human presence on the Moon.The name Artemis has a symbolic meaning, Artemis means Greek Goddess of the Moon. After earning the important awards at the 2022 Oscars, this will be another huge project for Apple TV+. According to the latest updates, besides her role in the movie, Johansson will also produce the movie alongside Jonathan Lia and Keena Flynn under the These Pictures banner. Jason will also produce the film through Aggregate Films. There is no information about when the shooting of the movie will begin.
