Netflix’s Science Fiction drama series ‘Umbrella Academy‘ is set to return for another season on 22 June 2022. Now, the cast member of the show Eliot Page took to Twitter to introduce fans to Viktor Hargreeves. The image shared by Page look’s pretty straightforward. It shows Victor in a crowded place looking at a T.V. Along with the image there is a caption saying “Meet Viktor Hargreeves”.
Elliot Page came out as transgender in 2020. To the news, Netflix said that Page will continue to star in Umbrella Academy though they didn’t offer any other details. In the first two seasons of Umbrella Academy Page played the character of Hargreeves who can enchant the apocalypse through music. The Umbrella Academy is based on a comic book series written by Gerald Way first published in June 2008. Although the character in the comics is not transgender this move from Netflix will align the character of Hargreeves with Page.
