Black Adam is known to us as Shazam’s archnemesis from the DC comics. Seems like the antagonist from the DC’s is getting a movie this year. The movies getting directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, known for movies like Jungle Cruise and Orphan. Black Adam movie is currently in its post production stage.
Plot and Cast
Black Adam, nearly imprisoned for thousands of years now has returned to ensure justice in the modern world. Some might say its a spin off to Shazam. Will Shazam appear in the movie? That’s not known for now but some members from the Justice society, Doctor Fate, Atom Smasher, Hawkman will surely be seen in the Black Adam movie.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson is starring as The Black Adam, Adrianna Tomez, the love interest of Black Adam, is played by Sarah Shahi. Pierce Brosnan , Aldis Hodge will be seen as Doctor Fate and Hawkman respectively. Noah Centineo will play the role of Atom Smasher. Cyclone is going to be played by Quintessa Swindell. James Cusati-Moyer, Uli Latukefu and Marwan Kenzari will also appear in movie at some point.

As of now no trailer has been released but an official teaser of Black Adam is available online and in a video of upcoming DC movies a glimpse of Black Adam is seen.
Release Date
Well, the film is in it’s post production stage so we can expect in this year to be in the theatres. Last known as July’s date was scheduled for it’s release but now got postponed to somewhere around October. Nevertheless we can see the Black Adam movie in 2022.
