Doja Cat quit her music career penning some heated tweets, saying ‘I quit’. Doja Cat was dragged down by the fans for keeping her fans waiting at Paraguay in the storm and not meeting them. The concert at Paraguay was cancelled due to the storm leaving most of the city flooded. However, the popstar did not acknowledge the fans or the city’s condition which angered the public . And on the day of her arrival, she didn’t com out of the hotel to meet the fans waiting there for her adding more fuel to the fans anger.
Ever since the cancellation of her show, the citizens there have been pushing her down because of her bad behaviour. She encountered n number of social media attacks for her apparent ‘rude’ behaviour. Facing the constant criticism over the social media, Doja Cat frustratingly tweeted an announcement of her quitting the music career changing her twitter handle to ‘i quit’. Later, this morning she changed it to ‘i quit still’ for clarification that she is still abiding by her decision. She added a bunch of tweets saying, “I don’t need you to believe in me anymore. Everything is dead to me, music is dead, and I’m a fool for ever thinking I was made for this this is a nightmare unfollow me.” In another thread she said, “I moved on and I’m just gonna let everyone be mad”. She added, “This s*** ain’t for me so I’m out. Y’all take care”.
The fans raging anger’s reason is without notice cancellation of Doja Cat‘s show in Paraguay. Although seeing the online rage and disappointment of her fans , the star did apologise saying, “I don’t think I gave Brazil a good enough show tonight at all and I’m sorry for that but thank you guys for coming out I fucking love you and thank god we got another show tomorrow I promise I’ll do better”. But she couldn’t stop this situation from getting out of her hands and hence announced her quitting music for good.
