Los Angeles, California According to reports, Charlotte Ritchie will play a major role in Season 4 of ‘You.’
Ritchie will play Kate opposite Penn Badgley, who also stars in the series. According to reports, the character is fearsomely smart, independent, suspicious, and misses nothing.
Kate worked hard to create the life she now leads as a fiercely loyal friend, a brick wall to everyone else, and the daughter of a chaotic, bohemian single mother.
She’s the director of an art gallery, and her job entails dealing with erratic artists. Kate is known for being “the adult in the room” and has adopted the moniker “icy b***h”
Lady Phoebe, her best friend, is especially guarded, as she is a sweet and trusting person whose extreme wealth and fame attract opportunists.

Kate prefers “arrangements” to love, which is why she is dating Malcolm, a jovial but self-centered partier. When Malcolm invites Joe, an American outsider of questionable means, into their privileged world, Kate not only dislikes him right away, but she also has a strong suspicion that something about him isn’t quite right.
Ritchie previously starred alongside Mae Martin in the series ‘Feel Good.’
She is also known for her roles in the hit drama series ‘Call the Midwife’ and the comedy series ‘Ghosts,’ which was recently remade into a series of the same name.
She recently finished filming Season 7 of ‘Grantchester’ as well as Timothee Chalamet’s film ‘Wonka.’

The third season of ‘You’ premiered on Netflix in 2021. Season 4 is currently in production, and based on the events of Season 3, it is expected to take place in Europe.
