American Rapper Kanye West has been banned from performing in Grammy. This comes due to the racial slur against Trevor Noah. Although he was not on the first list of performers announced on Tuesday, he may have been a planned performer.

Kanye was also suspended for 24 hours from Instagram for his racial slur against the TV show host Trevor Noah. Trevor will be hosting the Grammy Awards which is scheduled to be telecasted around the world on 3, April 2022, Sunday. The news was confirmed by a representative from Kanye’s side who said that they received a call on Friday, night saying that Kanye performance has been scraped out “unfortunately” due to his “concerning online behavior”.

Trevor Noah replied to Kanye by saying  “There are few artists who have had more of an impact on me than you Ye. You took samples and turned them into symphonies. You took your pain and through the wire turned it into performance perfection. I thought differently about how I spent my money because of you, I learned to protect my child-like creativity from grown thoughts because of you, shit I still smile every time I put on a seatbelt because of you. You were a serious rapper who knew when not to take himself seriously. You effortlessly brought comedy into music and made us all smile when we rapped along.”

Kanye has faced a lot of criticism for his behavior online in his recent posts after his split with Kim. He has also targeted Pete Davidson’s American stand-up comedian and actor. Kim and Pete have been dating for the last year they made their relationship official on Instagram recently.

Kanye and Kim got married, in 2014 and they split last year when Kim filed for divorce citing some “irreconcilable differences”. Last month their divorce was legally finalized when the court declared Kim as legally single. Kim and Kanye have four kids together, kids–daughter North, son Saint, daughter Chicago, and son Psalm.
