Lisa Kudrow and Brian Cox to be cast in the upcoming HBO Max original film ‘The Parenting’

Friends’ star Lisa Kudrow will be seen sharing the screen with Succession actor, Brian Cox in the upcoming HBO Max’s original horror-comedy movie “The Parenting”. ‘Alex Stranglove’ fame, Craig Johnson is the director of the movie which follows a young couple, Graham and Josh, who rented a cozy house in the countryside to host a weekend getaway with their parents but later they discover that the house is haunted and inhabited by a 400- year old poltergeist. The movie is produced by Chris Bender and Jake Weiner for Good Fear Content and co-produced by New Line Cinema. The film also stars Sopranos’ Edie Falco and Breaking Bad actor, Dean Norris. The film’s release date is yet to be announced.

The roles of the actors in the movie are still a mystery, however, the movie is flooded with award-winning actors. Brian Cox was last seen in the HBO Series, Succession for which he won a Golden Globe Award And SAG award. He also has starring roles in the upcoming movie The Independent and Prisoner’s daughter. His autobiography, ‘Putting The Rabbit in the Hat’ was published in the UK and US.

One of the actors from the movie, Edie Falco, became the first person to win an Emmy for Best Actress in both the drama and comedy genre. She was awarded for her movie ‘The Sopranos’ and ‘Nurse Jackie’. She will soon be seen in James Cameron’s Avatar sequels. She has also been nominated for a record 22 SAG Award. Falco has impressed the audience with her performance in the recent film ‘Outside’ and ‘The Land of Steady Habits’ opposite Ben Mendelson. Dean Norris is best known for his role as Hank Schrader in ‘Breaking Bad’. Lisa Kudrow has won an Emmy for her role as ‘Phoebe’ in Warner Bro’s TV show ‘Friends’. She recently starred in the Netflix series ‘Space Force’ alongside Steve Carrell and John Malkovich
